2. Sushi Kashiba, Downtown
With more than 50 years of experience, master chef Shiro offers the best sushi experiences in all of Seattle. Sushi Kashiba is undoubtedly one of the most authentic sushi places, and they offer incredible dishes such as cucumber fish salad, and tuna poke bowls. You can order dishes a la carte, but the right way to do it is at the chef’s counter, where Chef Shiro will prepare an incredible omakase menu in front of your eyes. Seats at the counter are limited, so make sure you arrive prior to opening if you want to snatch a seat. There are no available reservations for this experience, but can always call ahead and ask for a booking at the restaurant seating.
